Q: When should I schedule my child’s flight?
A: Students should plan to arrive on July 6, 2008.
Q: What time should students arrive on campus?
A: We will have staff checking students in at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Q: My child will be traveling alone. Who will be there to meet and escort them to The School?
A: We know that many students will be traveling alone. We will have an Athenian representative with your child’s flight information, and picture to assist in easy identification, waiting as they come through customs. If your child will be traveling alone, please don’t forget to provide us with a picture. We will provide a cell phone number of the representative who will be meeting your child.
Q: How do I know my child has arrived at The School safely?
A: When your child arrives at The School, we encourage students to contact their parents via email or telephone to confirm their safe arrival.
